Fitness Kickboxing:

kickboxing workoutKick your way into a better body! In just 45 minutes burn over 600 calories using interval training and body weight resistance. A workout without weights that generates awesome results! Ideal for people who want to feel stronger while gaining the agility, balance and coordination that come with martial arts training.

All of our fitness kickboxing workouts are taught in a co-ed group fitness setting on heavy bags with motivating music and in an interval training setting. Each fitness kickboxing workout lasts 45 minutes and includes upper body, lower body and core exercises.

Interval:

Perfect for athletes looking to cross-train or get their strength training in a group setting or anyone that wants variety in their strength training routine. Our interval training classes are designed to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat for 45 minutes! They combine short timed intervals of resistance band, free weight and body weight resistance exercises with creative cardio moves that are sure to keep you interested and sweating! Designed for both men and women, these strength training classes are both fun and effective!

Interval Kettlebell :

Combining the cardio benefits of High Intensity Interval Training with the strength and core benefits of kettlebell training, this class will really make you sweat! Great class for new kettlebell users and experieinced kettlebell users alike. You do not need to complete the Kettlebell Workshop to take this class as the movments using kettlebells are basic and safe. It is the perfect way to see if kettlebell training is for you!

Core:

core conditioning45 minutes will fly by as you twist, lift, swing and squeeze the stability ball to strengthen your core while toning your entire body. Also performed in an interval setting, our core conditioning class is low impact, but not low in results! Be on your way to that bikini body or six-pack in just weeks with this power core class. This is a lower impact class.

TRX Circuit:

Make your body your machine using the TRX suspension trainer and your own body-weight. Build strength, flexibility, muscular endurance and core stability. Developed by Fitness Anywhere, and recently voted the "Best Total Body Tool" by Men's Health Magazine, the TRX works strength, power, balance, flexiblity and can help you stay injury free. TRX Core:

It’s all core, all the time. Combining the TRX and stability balls to give a double dose of core work. This workout is the best of both worlds when it comes to core training - instability and vector training. Your six pack is just a workout away! (Class sign is limited. Kettlebell Strength:

Used for centuries by Russian strongmen to build endurance, strength, balance and flexibility, the kettlebell workout combines cardio and strength into one kick butt workout where you can burn up to 2X the number of calories you would in a normal workout! Improve your mobility, balance and most importantly get stronger. Typical kettlebell strength workouts involve work and rest interval to provide a safe and extremely challening workout. All Kettlebell Strength Instructors are RKC certified. (You must take Kettlebell Basics before you take Kettlebell Strength)

Advanced Kettlebell:

The toughest class of the week intended for kettlebell users that have been attending classes on a regular basis and feel comfortable with their swing form, their pressing form and their TGU.. (You must complete the Kettlebell Intro Workshop to attend classes)

Kettlebell Basics:

A different kettlebell skill is incorporated into weekly workout. Improve your clean or learn to snatch. Each week the focus is on a different kettlebell basic element which is creatively incorporated into the workout. Great class for new kettlebell users and experienced kettlebell users alike!
