All of our fitness kickboxing workouts are taught in a co-ed group fitness setting on heavy bags with motivating music and in an interval training setting. Each fitness kickboxing workout lasts 45 minutes and includes upper body, lower body and core exercises.

Used for centuries by Russian strongmen to build endurance, strength, balance and flexibility, the kettlebell workout combines cardio and strength into one kick butt workout where you can burn up to 2X the number of calories you would in a normal workout! Improve your mobility, balance and most importantly get stronger. Typical kettlebell strength workouts involve work and rest interval to provide a safe and extremely challening workout. Focused stretches with breath work. Ideal for athletes and non-athletes alike....those looking for a restorative, de-stress class, looking to gain flexibility, or both. Great "counter class" for Athletic Yoga or alternative to it if you want to steer clear of the focused strength work. Open to all levels. No previous experience required.
Designed to introduce you to the benefits of a regular yoga strength and flexibility practice. Our program delivers a workout as well as the energy enhancing benefits of yoga. Effective as a “self-standing” workout, or complements any other physical conditioning program, promoting better execution of and results from other fitness endeavors by improve flexibility, balance, body awareness, energy, strength and focus. Qigong: Here too we learn how to gain, maintain and control energy within and surrounding our bodies for optimal performance and healing at a cellular level. More paced and gentle as compared to Qigong Strength, this class has a healing and restorative focus.
