Tips on using a Foam Roller

What is it? A group workshop using stretching and foam rollers, designed to incorporate your body weight to massage away tension and knots in your muscle tissue. We will teach you about the muscles involved and how making them more flexible will keep you injury free.

 

Who should do it? YOU! And anyone that has knee issues, tight hamstrings, a former leg or back injury or hits the pavement or a bag on a regular basis.

How much does it cost? The class is FREE if you have your own foam roller, or $50 if you want to pre-order a high quality 3' foam roller from us. You can borrow a roller from the studio for $10.

 

How can I get a foam roller? Email mari@thebootcampcompany.com to order a 3' round foam roller TODAY! Cost is $50 for the foam roller and they will be delivered to the studio in time for class.
